- LOCAL TAX: NEW local tax of EUR 3,- per person FROM Summer 2025
- PETS: are welcome with us! A cleaning fee of EUR 15.00 will be charged per stay
- SINGLE ROOM SURCHARGE: EUR 20,- per night
- SHORT STAY: for a stay of 1-2 nights a surcharge of EUR 7,- per person / night will be added to the indicated prices

Discount for children
In a room with 2 full-paying guests with an extra bed:
- free for up to 4 years
- from 5 to 12 years € 17,- per day
- from 12 years or for every third person € 23,- per day
If required, a cot is included in the price. Please let us know before you arrive so that we can prepare everything in good time.
