In order to preserve nature and the environment for ourselves, our children and our guests, the Wieshof team makes every effort to be especially environmentally friendly. This can be pleasantly felt in and around the hotel. The Hotel Garni, the holiday home for health-conscious guests, is being made organic step by step. The first step was made with the breakfast buffet, which makes the start to the day perfect.
       
The following products will guarantee you get a healthy start to your day on holiday:

• Homemade curd spreads
• Fresh bread, rolls and pastries
• Organic butter
• Homemade jams and a variety of honeys
• Organic coffee, Sonnentor teas and cocoa
• Variety of mueslis and dried fruits to mix yourselves
• Ready mixed Bircher muesli
• Organic milk, organic plain and fruit yoghurt
• Variety of organic juices

If you let us know in advance, we can offer you a selection of gluten- or lactose-free organic products.
Whenever possible we use organic products sourced directly from local farmers. Further information available here in the hotel.

Lunch rucksack for summer hikes

To prevent you having to do without our delicious organic food when you are out hiking or in the National Park, if you wish we can offer you an organic lunch pack for your tours or days out:
